Founder & Principal - Liz Rhoades, MS, Dipl. Dist.
Liz Rhoades is an award-winning and patented beverage maker who has over 15 years experience within beverage alcohol, working with a variety of substrates, spirits, and products. Across five continents, she has helped numerous operations and brands - from start-up, small craft, mid-tier, and to large international scale.
Throughout her career, Liz has worked on some exciting brands and operations - such as Spiritless, Crown Royal, WhistlePig, Bulleit, George Dickel, Stauning, Captain Morgan, Westward Whiskey, and Smirnoff - just to name a few.
Now, with Delta Tonics, she is focused on creating favorable beverages for alertness, winding down, memory assistance, or just have a delicious, invigorating sip. Her expertise revolves around her mantra - where art meets science. Whether it be devising a creative solution to a technical issue or opportunity, or applying science to create the next award-winning sip!
With five non-alcoholic spirits out to market, she is excited to help you all develop more and enjoying the flavor of spirits, without the alcohol (…or hangover)!
Liz holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University and her Diploma Distiller from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
